Raised in Farmingdale, Patrick’s connection to the Island runs deep. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from James Madison University and an M.S. in Secondary and Special Education from Hofstra University. His intimate knowledge of Long Island school districts, local neighborhoods, and property values allows him to provide specialized insight that goes beyond a standard listing.
Currently a resident of Rockville Centre and an active member of the Oceanside School District community, Patrick possesses firsthand expertise in the South Shore lifestyle. Having also lived in Long Beach, he is a go-to resource for coastal communities and flood zone navigation.

Patrick’s commitment to his neighbors extends to the shoreline; he has served as a Lieutenant with the Jones Beach Lifeguard Corps since 2007. When he isn’t helping families find their perfect home, Patrick is likely in the water or on the track. An avid surfer and swimmer, he serves as the Assistant Coach for the Boys Varsity Swimming & Diving Team at Hicksville.
