Kathy Haas is Educators Realty's Transaction Coordinator. She manages the administrative side of sales after a contract is signed, so our agents and their clients can focus on the move. Her work includes tracking contract deadlines, collecting and organizing documents, coordinating schedules with attorneys, lenders, title companies and inspectors, and making sure every file is complete for closing. Kathy brings years of real estate experience to the role, which gives her a detailed understanding of how a transaction comes together.
